HCReporting

HCReporting is an online application allowing interactive Internet access to reports like Check Register and Paid Claims reports. HCReporting provides groups, users and their brokers the ability to run and download reports that query HealthComp's databases. Each user will have a unique set of reports they have available for viewing, with PHI settings also secured on a per-user basis.

HCReporting features:

  • Access and control of running group specific reports on an as needed basis.

  • Parameterized reports that allow for flexible data retrieval.

  • Reports run in a separate window so that users can continue to browse in the portal as the report generates.

  • Report Downloads: The Report Downloads area gives us the ability to post pre-run reports for you on a scheduled basis. Recurring monthly reports can be scheduled to run automatically and will appear in the Reports Download area after running with pre-defined parameters. Our future plans for this feature will include giving our customers the ability to upload a file to us on our secure website, eliminating the need to use third party encryption software to send files containing PHI or other sensitive data.

  • Dynamic Help files for overall site instruction and for each report that is available to the user.
